The Prenatal Yolates course is designed to support you throughout your pregnancy in order for you to feel healthy and whole throughout. 

The course is separated into three trimesters.
You’ll find custom designed training exercises for each of the trimesters.
These are specifically crafted to meet the phases of your pregnancy.

 
 

The course will bring you into balance and allow you to trust your amazing body, created for this process.

You will build strength and flexibility through active movement, stretching, and mindfulness.

The training programs vary in length so you can pick and choose what supports you in the moment. The wish is for you to make the time and space for yourself and your growing baby to be present together in this very special time.

The intention is that you will feel a deep connection to your body and your growing baby, while creating a strong and lasting bond from your heart to your baby's.
