Living Yolates is coming to Spain

on October 1st!

Living Yolates is a holistic philosophy and intentional movement method that I created to fulfill my needs of feel-good, nourishing, joyful movement. Living Yolates melds the best of yoga, Pilates, dance, energy work, and mindfulness to create a unique practice that has extended to communities globally!

As the first stop on our 9-month trip around the world, sharing Living Yolates with more people, Mallorca will set the stage for this dream experience for my family. I will be hosting retreats, teacher trainings, and workshops while nourishing my abundant online community, the Living Yolates Circle, and we are looking for a place to stay in exchange for values-aligned work!

From Copenhagen and excited to venture out on this great exploration, my husband Benjamin, children Indiah 8 and Isaac 16, and I are open for lodging in exchange for some or all of the following: gardening, light house work, animal sitting, and more. We are also more than happy to offer our professional expertise including personal training, private movement classes, meditation, energy work; and Benjamin is a professional musician with vast experience with music and video production.

Together, we’d be happy to produce any video content you may need for marketing purposes, or any other projects mentioned above. We are hopeful to co-create a meaningful experience for everyone, and we can’t wait to meet you!
